Abstract:

On the afternoon of October 23, 2019, the bioelectronics and systems laboratory held a welcome event for the new members of the class of 2019 on the big lawn . At the same time, we also take this opportunity to encourage everyone to step out of the lab, temporarily stop studying and working, relax and combine work with rest.

On the afternoon of October 23, 2019, BiCASL held a welcome event for the new members of the class of 2019 on the lawn of the electronics institute. 

The purpose of this activity is to make the new and old members get familiar with each other, so that the new members can integrate into the lab family more quickly. At the same time, we also take this opportunity to encourage everyone to step out of the lab, temporarily stop studying and working, relax and combine work with rest.

Welcome the activity in teacher wang warm speech, welcome the new members to join the curtain opened. The original slightly formal new people gradually let go of scruples, began to talk. In such a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, the members of the activity were divided into four groups, led by each teacher, began a series of fun competitions such as "see who can ride slowly", "listen to songs and know songs", "pull mountains and rivers" and so on. The first race was to see who rode slowly. The runners reached the finish line as slowly as possible without touching the ground more than twice. "Listening to songs and reading songs" requires a clear division of labor and full cooperation within the group, which not only tests the richness of members' music library, but also tests the accuracy of throwing members. The final tug-of-war competition is to push the activity to the climax, the members grasp the long rope, neatly backward, struggling to pull, active cooperation within the group, fierce competition between the groups, the sound of fuel, constantly in the ear. Finally, one, two, three and four prizes were decided successfully. 

With the setting sun, the event ended perfectly after the prize awarding session and teachers' speeches. This activity not only enhanced the communication among the lab members, displayed the spirit of each member, but also enhanced the spirit of cooperation and team cohesion.
