On January 21, 2019, the Bio-Circuits and Systems Lab held a year-end party. More than 60 members attended the party, and the teachers and students celebrated together to bid farewell to 2018 and greet 2019.

In the afternoon, the sun was just right. Members played group games on the big lawn east to the SEIEE buildings. Four well-designed games let everyone devote themselves to teamwork. The relaxed and tense game rhythms made everyone forget all kinds of stress and troubles. Laughter and shouting shortened the distance between our hearts. In the end, the team members of the four teams worked together, and the teams competed fiercely, and decided the first, the second, the third, and the fourth prizes.

In the evening, members came to the warm villa and began to dine. Lin Binghui sang songs with a guitar for everyone, the room filled with cheering and applause; Annachiara and Hazem shared their slides about Italian and Egyptian culture respectively. The sharing not only made everyone know more about the international students' homeland, but also introduced many tourist destinations for everyone. Then there was an exciting lottery awarding session, and everyone loved the small prizes they won through their own efforts in the afternoon. After the meal, members started a variety of free activities, some singing, some playing board games, some playing mahjong, some drinking and chatting, and Wu Yi and Wu Caiyu preparing a lot of snacks for everyone. The room was full of joy!

The annual year-end party is becoming a tradition in BiCASL. Through such a gathering, the lab members temporarily pulled out from scientific research, work and study, approached friends, approached nature, combined work and rest, and more importantly, enhanced team cohesion and laid a good foundation for research and life in the new year.
